I cannot tell you how disgusted I am talking about what happened in Casablanca Tuesday and in Algiers Yesterday. I am sure all of you heard the news of the suicide bombings that happended in those two cities and the number of dead and injured it caused.
I am literally out of words. WHY? Why would you go and kill people just like that? What the hell makes you go and blow yourself off.
I was watching Al-Jazeera yesterday and heard the phone call that one of "Al Qaeda" members made to talk about the bombings. He started his speech by "We spread the good news to all of our Umma, that we succeeded, with the help of God, in bombing bla bla bla"... WHAT ??? THE GOOD NEWS ??? WITH THE HELP OF GOD ??? I was so angry at hearing this. Didn't they hear what Allah says in the Quran :
Say: The things that my Lord hath indeed forbidden are: shameful deeds, whether open or secret; sins and trespasses against truth or reason; assigning of partners to Allah, for which He hath given no authority; and saying things about Allah of which ye have no knowledge.[7:33]
They dare use the name of Allah to justify their crimes and then come and say they did it in the name of Islam. Islam is innocent of you. Islam never ordered to terrorze innocent people. They are saying that they are aiming Officials and Government, but the truth is that most of the victims are civilians.
When will these criminals understand that they are in no way following what Islam orders and that they are going astray? When? --

Not before there are enough people to stand up and speak out against it.
Not before there are no more leaders spreading those ideas.
Unfortunately they categorize all voices who tell them they're wrong are as "jahiliya". Such a smart move by their leaders to tell them they are the only "real" Muslims.
Kind of reminds me of the "it's unpatriotic to speak out against the war" or it's "falling in the back our our troops" not to support the war. Luckily you do hear lots of voices now that also say "supporting the troops means to bring them back now".
Wish people would finally realize that violence will just spark more of the same. War of any sort will never lead to peaceful relations.
